Below are the hours for the ID station for the current semester. If you have any questions or comments, contact us.

Students can either schedule an appointment or simply walk-in. To schedule an appointment, click the "Schedule a Student ID Appointment" button below. 

Schedule a Student ID Appointment

All Chattahoochee Valley Community College Students are required to have a valid CVCC student ID.

Students will need their ID:

• to checkout library books,
• to copy or print in the library or one of the computer labs on campus,
• for security reasons,
• and you may receive discounts in the community.

To enter Owen Hall, students will be required to wear a face mask. The ID station operator will instruct you when to remove your mask for taking your picture.

Location

The ID station in located in the Owen Hall Library.

IDs will be done by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, click on the "Schedule a Student ID Appointment" button above.

Appointments will only be taken during the days and times listed on the ID Station Hours page.

What You Need?

Students must have the following to get an ID:

• Valid photo ID (Driver's license, military ID, etc.)
• Current semester class schedule 

Fees

The initial ID is FREE and has $1.00 loaded to it.

Replacement cost is $5.00.

To pay for a replacement, go to the Business Office to pay your $5.00. Afterwards, present your receipt to the ID station operator with the items listed in the section above.

Note:

If you have received a student ID of any type before and you need another ID (including specialty IDs: Nursing, EMT, Medical Assistant, etc.), you will have to also pay for a replacement ID.
